Introduction:
Colorless to light yellow liquid with coffee and pome aroma. Soluble in water but turbid, soluble in oils and organic solvents, miscible in ethanol at room temperature. Boiling point 203°C. Natural products exist in coffee, hazelnuts, potato products, etc..
