Introduction:
Colorless to slightly yellow liquid, with musty aroma, nut skin, cocoa powder, baked potato, coffee, roasted, cream, meat aroma, burnt protein smell and cocoa fruit smell. Boiling point 156ºC, flash point 64ºC. Miscible with water and most organic solvents. Natural products exist in cocoa, coffee, potato chips, river shrimp, fragrant papaya, etc.

Application:
Food industry: As a flavor additive, it can give food roasted, nutty, cocoa and other flavors, such as enhancing the aroma of baked food, giving meat products a unique aroma, and strengthening the characteristic aroma of coffee and chocolate; it is also an important raw material for blending edible flavors, and can be combined with aldehydes, esters, alcohols and other spices to simulate a variety of flavors.
