Introduction:
Appearance: Colorless to light yellow liquid.
Odor: Strong fat and green aroma, with fruit and cucumber aroma after dilution.
Boiling point: 175 - 177ºC.
Density: 0.849 - 0.859g/cm³ (25ºC).
Solubility: Insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and ether.
