Introduction:
Colorless or light yellow liquid, with leek and onion aroma. It becomes turbid after short-term storage, and can form water droplets within 5 hours at room temperature. Melting point 50ºC (2400Pa). Slightly soluble in water, easily soluble in ethanol, ether and alkali solution.
