Introduction:
Colorless liquid, with a strong sulfur smell at high concentrations and a violet leaf aroma at high dilution. Boiling point 182-189°C, flash point 60°C, freezing point -11°C. Soluble in ether and ethanol, insoluble in water. Natural products exist in onion and garlic vegetables.

Application:
